La Hollywood Storytellers Script Competition es un concurso internacional de guion abierto a largometrajes, cortometrajes y pilotos de TV en cualquier género. he ABCGuionistas Short Screenplay International Contest opens its eighth edition with the collaboration of Altamedia Studios, Instituto del Cine Madrid (Madrid Film Institute), in addition to the brands Marca de Autor and Un Verano de Guion.
The contest has the purpose of promoting the creation of short screenplays in Spanish and the visibility of their authors. It is opened for novel and professional screenwriters of any country seeking to show their storytelling talent, winning exposure and getting rewarded for writing.

VIII International Competition Short Film Script Abcscriptwriters
VS Fantastic! 2026, a section of Ventana Sur, will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from November 30 to December 4, 2026. The call includes VS Fantastic LAB and VS Fantastic Screening. Applications for LAB will be open from August 3 to September 3, 2026, while applications for Screening will be open from August 3 to September 14, 2026.
VS Fantastic LAB is aimed at feature film projects in development in the fantastic, horror, science fiction, fantasy genres and combinations with suspense, action, crime, and black comedy, among others, with majority or minority production from an Ibero-American country, including Italy. It includes a laboratory, pitch, mentoring, and one-to-one meetings. VS Fantastic Screening is aimed at Latin American fiction feature films in the fantastic, horror, thriller, or science fiction genres, in post-production or approaching their premiere.
